At Eye Vision Technologies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our guidelines on returns and refunds for products purchased through our website or directly from us.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return Window: You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:

    • Customized or special-order products.
    • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
    • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Return Process:

    2. Pack the product securely, include all original components, and ship it back to us at the address provided by our team.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the return is approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for:

    • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Products not in their original condition or missing components.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

  • Custom Orders: Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for defective items).
